AREA is preparing appraisal course offerings throughout the State of Florida. Please email education@area-ga.com to assist us in conducting a course near you. At the present time, Florida does not permit Appraisal Courses to be offered online. Should that policy change, AREA is prepared with online courses that meet all national standards.
